Biography
Dana Horgan is a television writer and producer. She earned a BS in Cinema and Photography from Ithaca College and an MFA in Screenwriting from Boston University. Early in her career she worked as a reader, story editor and assistant at several production companies, and as assistant to the executive producers on Hell on Wheels.
Horgan joined the writers’ room on Once Upon a Time (2011) in 2013 as a staff writer, later serving as story editor, executive story editor, writer and producer. She subsequently worked on Supergirl (2015) as a writer, supervising producer and co-executive producer. She has written multiple episodes of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (2022) and has also served as co-executive producer and executive producer on the series.
