Biography
Daniel Abraham is an American novelist, screenwriter and television producer. Writing with Ty Franck under the joint pseudonym James S. A. Corey, he created the science fiction series The Expanse, beginning with the novel Leviathan Wakes (2011). The series was adapted into the television series The Expanse (2015–2022), on which Abraham and Franck served as writers and producers.
Abraham is also known for the fantasy series The Long Price Quartet and The Dagger and the Coin. He has collaborated with George R. R. Martin on comic adaptations of his novels and contributed to the Wild Cards shared universe. He was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
