Biography
Daniel Chong is an American animator, storyboard artist, writer, director and producer. He was born on 19 November 1978 in Fargo, North Dakota.
Chong began his career as a storyboard artist at studios including Walt Disney Animation Studios, Illumination and Pixar. He created the Cartoon Network series We Bare Bears (2015–2019), which he also wrote and executive produced, and directed and wrote We Bare Bears: The Movie (2020). He returned to Pixar and wrote and directed the feature Hoppers (2026).
