Biography
Daniel Lommatzsch is a German actor. Born in Hamburg in 1977, he trained at the Hochschule für Schauspielkunst 'Ernst Busch' in Berlin from 1998 to 2002.
He has worked extensively in theatre, with ensemble positions at the Schauspielhaus Zürich, Staatstheater Hannover, Maxim-Gorki-Theater Berlin and Thalia Theater Hamburg. His film and television roles include Christian Klar in The Baader Meinhof Complex (2008), Joseph Goebbels in Origin (2023) and appearances in series such as Tatort and Alarm for Cobra 11: The Motorway Police. He also directed the feature film Am Ende ist man tot (2018).
