Biography
Daniel Newman is a British actor born in York in 1976. He began acting as a child and gained early recognition for his role as Wulf in the 1991 film Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, for which he won the Young Artist Award for Best Young Actor Co-Starring in a Motion Picture.
Newman appeared in several films and television productions during the 1990s, including Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992) as a news hawker, Shopping (1994, credited as Danny Newman) as Monkey, Before the Rain (1994) as Ian, and episodes of Midsomer Murders, A Touch of Frost and Absolutely Fabulous. He has continued to take roles in British television series into the 2000s.
