Biography
Daniel Scharf is an Australian producer and talent agent. He is credited, sometimes as Daniel Zev Scharf, on feature films including Romper Stomper (1992), which he produced with Ian Pringle, Body Melt (1993) and Metal Skin (1994).
Scharf has produced children's television series such as Cybergirl (2001–2002), Pirate Islands (2003), Wicked Science (2004–2006) and Scooter: Secret Agent (2005). Since 2012 he has run Profile Creative, a Melbourne-based agency representing actors, writers and directors.
In 2001 he received the Australian Centenary Medal for services to Australian society and film production.
