Biography

Daniel Vecchione, also credited as Danny Vecchione, is a cinematographer. He graduated with honours from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts with an MFA in film and a focus in cinematography.

Vecchione has worked as director of photography on feature films including Amira & Sam (2014), Bob and the Trees (2015), Down with the King (2021) and Happiness for Beginners (2023). His television credits include episodes of the series Dying for Sex (2025). He has collaborated repeatedly with directors Diego Ongaro and Sean Mullin. Documentary projects include It Ain’t Over (2022) and Geoff McFetridge: Drawing a Life (2023).
