Biography
Daniela Farinacci is an Australian actress of Italian descent. She is known for her role as Paula D'Amato in the 2001 film Lantana, for which she received an Inside Film Award for Best Actress and a Film Critics Circle of Australia Award for Best Supporting Actress.
Her other film credits include Look Both Ways (2005), Little Fish (2005), Lion (2016) and Matching Jack (2010). On television she has appeared in East West 101 as Helen Callas, Glitch (2015) as Maria Massola, Total Control, Black Snow (2023) as Katherine Bianchi and NCIS: Sydney (2023) as Australian Foreign Minister Susan Quinn.
Farinacci has an extensive theatre career in Melbourne productions and has received nominations for Green Room Awards and a Logie nomination for her performance in the 2006 miniseries The Society Murders.
