Biography
Danielle Kennedy is an American actress. She was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and holds a BA in Speech and Drama from Clarke University in Dubuque, Iowa, as well as a master's degree in Professional Writing from the University of Southern California. She has authored several books, including Balancing Acts: An Inspirational Guide for Working Mothers.
Kennedy has appeared as a guest star in more than sixty television series. She had a recurring role as Ambassador Noonan in the first season of Narcos (2015) and has featured in episodes of Girl Meets World (2014, as The Librarian), Parks and Recreation, Brooklyn Nine-Nine, How to Get Away with Murder, The Rookie, American Horror Story and others. Her film credits include Ghostbusters: Afterlife (2021), Day Shift (2022) and Insidious: The Last Key (2018). She maintains an active theatre career in regional productions.
In 2024 she received the Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy award from the Desert Theatre League. She has also worked as a Care Actor with Kaiser Permanente.
