Biography
Danny Cannon is a British film and television director, writer and producer. Born in Luton, England, he began making films as a teenager and won the BBC Young Filmmaker of the Year Award. He graduated from the National Film and Television School in 1990.
His feature directorial credits include The Young Americans (1993), Judge Dredd (1995) and I Still Know What You Did Last Summer (1998). In television he directed the pilot of CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2000) and served as executive producer on the series and its spin-offs CSI: Miami and CSI: NY. He has also directed pilots and episodes of Gotham (2014), Nikita (2010), The Tomorrow People (2013) and an episode of Shameless (2013), among many others.
