Biography
Danny Pang Phat, also credited as Danny Pang Fat or Peng Fa, is a Hong Kong film director, writer and editor. He frequently collaborates with his identical twin brother Oxide Pang Chun as the Pang Brothers.
He began his career as an editor on Hong Kong films including The Storm Riders (1998) and the Infernal Affairs trilogy (2002–2003). With his brother he co-directed their first joint feature Bangkok Dangerous (2000), and they went on to make horror and thriller films such as The Eye (2002), Re-cycle (2006) and The Storm Warriors (2009).
Born on 11 November 1965 in British Hong Kong, Pang has also worked on Hollywood projects including The Messengers (2007) and the 2008 remake of Bangkok Dangerous.
