Biography
Danny Zuker is an American television writer and producer. Born Daniel Zuker on 27 January 1964 in Livingston, New Jersey, he graduated from Syracuse University in 1986.
He began his career in the 1990s with writing and producing roles on series including Roseanne, Grace Under Fire and Just Shoot Me! (1997). Zuker joined Modern Family (2009) at its launch as a writer and executive producer, contributing story and teleplay credits across its run until 2020. He has also written for Off Centre (2001) and other comedies.
Zuker shared in five Primetime Emmy Awards for Outstanding Comedy Series as part of the Modern Family production team. Later projects include development work on series such as Mammoth.
