Biography
Dante Harper is a screenwriter. He began his career as an independent filmmaker, directing The Delicate Art of the Rifle (1996) and working as a producer and editor on various indie projects and documentaries, including Cat Dancers and You're Gonna Miss Me.
His script Dreamland was selected for the Sundance Screenwriters Lab. He later wrote The Immortalist for Bennett Miller, an adaptation of The Wild Geese for Rupert Sanders, and Black Hole for David Fincher. His spec script All You Need Is Kill was listed on the 2010 Black List and became the basis for Edge of Tomorrow (2014).
Harper received a screenplay credit on Alien: Covenant (2017), alongside John Logan.
