Biography
Darren Fairhurst is a British television writer. He began his career in television as a story associate on Coronation Street between 1999 and 2002.
He has written episodes of Hollyoaks across multiple periods from 2002 to 2021, The Royal Today (2008), and Shameless (2010–2011). Fairhurst created the series Crime Stories (2012) and co-created Suspects (2014–2016) with former Coronation Street colleagues.
