Biography
Dave Harding is a film and television producer and production executive. Originally from the Chicagoland area, he earned a B.S. in Radio/TV/Film and an M.S.J. from Northwestern University. He began his career as a congressional correspondent before moving into production, working with Bob Banner Associates on variety programming and television movies, and later joining Termite Art Productions and Creative Differences.
Harding has worked extensively with Werner Herzog on documentaries including Grizzly Man (2005), Encounters at the End of the World (2007), Cave of Forgotten Dreams (2010) and Into the Abyss (2011). Other credits include Chasing Trane (2017), A Gray State (2017), Gore Vidal: The United States of Amnesia (2013) and What the Hell Happened to Blood, Sweat & Tears? (2023). He has received one Emmy win and two nominations.
