Biography
David "Dap" Giraudy is an American actor and alumnus of the Rehabilitation Through the Arts (RTA) programme at Sing Sing Correctional Facility. He joined RTA at the age of 22 and participated in its early productions, including the first full-length play staged by the programme.
Giraudy appears as himself in the 2024 biographical drama Sing Sing, directed by Greg Kwedar, which depicts the experiences of participants in the RTA theatre programme. The film features numerous real-life RTA alumni in supporting roles alongside professional actors.
