Biography
David Eick is an American television writer and producer. He graduated from the University of Redlands in 1990 with a B.A. in political science.
He is best known for developing and executive producing the re-imagined Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009) with Ronald D. Moore, for which he also wrote several episodes. His other credits include producing Hercules: The Legendary Journeys (1995) and Xena: Warrior Princess, and serving as executive producer on Caprica (2010), Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome (2012) and Falling Skies (2011).
