Biography
David Holmes was a British cinematographer. He was born on 22 May 1927 in Batley, Yorkshire, England, and died on 13 April 1997.
Holmes worked on the television series The Avengers (1961), serving as director of photography on several episodes in 1969 and as lighting cameraman on others. His feature film credits include The Last Shot You Hear (1969) and Sudden Terror (1970). He also contributed to series such as From a Bird's Eye View (1970–1971).
