Biography
David J. Miller is an American cinematographer. He has worked extensively in television, serving as director of photography on series including The Good Place (2016–2020), Veep (2017–2019), The Newsroom (2014), Scorpion (2014), Desperate Housewives (2004) and The Lincoln Lawyer (2022).
Miller won a Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera Series for his work on Veep. He has also contributed as a producer on several projects and directed episodes of Mr. Mayor (2021–2022) and Sunnyside (2019). His career in camera and electrical departments dates back to the 1980s.
