Biography
David Mallinson is a British actor. He is credited under the alternative spelling David Mallison in some productions.
Mallinson played Michael O'Donnell in the BBC drama series This Life (1996–1997). His other television credits include Kenneth Marshall in Agatha Christie's Poirot (2001), Alan Pinkney in Midsomer Murders (2003), Colonel Dorking in Sherlock Holmes (1984) and The Case-Book of Sherlock Holmes, The Dean and other roles in Casualty (1997–2010), and Frank in The Professionals (1978). He has also appeared in Peak Practice, Wallander, Silent Witness and Rosemary & Thyme. On stage he performed in the play For King and Country at the Greenwich Theatre and in a Sheffield Theatre production of Democracy in the West End.
