David Moscow is an American actor, producer and activist. Born on 14 November 1974 in New York City, he made his screen debut as young Josh Baskin in the 1988 comedy Big, opposite Tom Hanks.

He is also known for playing David Jacobs in the 1992 musical Newsies and for appearances in films including Honey (2003) and Just Married (2003), as well as guest roles on television series such as Seinfeld and Numb3rs. Moscow has worked as a producer on projects including the series From Scratch.
