Biography
David Reid is a British television director, producer and writer. Born in London on 1 March 1938, he worked extensively in British television from the 1960s onwards.
As a director he contributed episodes to series including The Power Game (1966–1969), Catweazle (1971), Clayhanger (1976) and Scorpion Tales (1978). He also produced several of these programmes. His writing credits include the 1989 episode "The Incredible Theft" of Agatha Christie's Poirot, as well as The English Wife (1996) and episodes of Mortimer's Law (1998).
