Biography
David Richardson is a British television director, also credited as David Lewis Richardson. He has directed numerous episodes of long-running series including over 100 episodes of Doctors (2016–2024) and episodes of Emmerdale Farm (2011).
His other directing credits include episodes of Shameless (2009), Hollyoaks spin-offs (2004–2005), Police Interceptors (where he has also served as producer), and earlier work on the documentary series The Shock of the New (1980). He has additionally produced episodes of Doctors and Father Brown.
