Biography
David Toutevoix is a cinematographer and director specialising in stop-motion animation. He holds the Diplôme National Supérieur d’Expression Plastique from the École des Beaux-Arts d’Avignon.
He served as director of photography on Claude Barras’s feature Ma vie de Courgette (2016), also known as My Life as a Zucchini, for which he received the Bayard d’Or de la Meilleure Photographie at the Namur International Francophone Film Festival in 2016. He has also worked as cinematographer on several shorts, including films by Barras, and co-directed the 2017 short La femme canon with Albertine Zullo.
