Biography
David Watson was a British-American actor of film, television and theatre. He appeared as Cornelius in the 1970 science fiction film Beneath the Planet of the Apes, replacing Roddy McDowall in the role.
Watson performed in stage productions including Shakespearean roles and the title part in the 1968 NBC musical The Legend of Robin Hood. His television credits include episodes of Rawhide (1965), The Time Tunnel (1966), Charlie's Angels (1977) and The Bionic Woman (1977).
He was born on 10 March 1940 and died on 5 October 2014 in New York City.
