Biography
David Willson is a production designer and art director. He began working in film and television in the late 1970s as a construction coordinator on productions including First Blood (1982) and Timecop (1994). He advanced to art director on films such as The Stepfather (1987), Jumanji (1995) and Narrow Margin (1990).
Willson has worked extensively in television as a production designer. His credits include Smallville (2002–2006), on which he also served as producer and received three Leo Awards; Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist (2020–2021); Animal Control (2023–2026); and the 2026 revival series Malcolm in the Middle: Life's Still Unfair.
