Biography
Dean Batali is a television writer and producer. His early credits include episodes of Duckman (1994) and The Adventures of Pete & Pete (1993). He wrote five episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997) with his writing partner Rob Des Hotel and served as story editor on the first season and executive story editor on the second.
Batali later wrote for and produced That '70s Show (1998). Other writing credits include Fantasy Island (1998), The ½ Hour News Hour (2007), Kick Buttowski: Suburban Daredevil (2010), Sabrina: Secrets of a Teenage Witch (2013), Good Witch (2008) and Signed, Sealed, Delivered (2013). He co-authored the book Watching TV Religiously.
