Biography
Debbie DeVilla is a production designer. She studied set design for theatre at the State University of New York at Purchase and worked on student films while there, which provided her entry into the film industry.
Her production design credits include Maria Full of Grace (2004), The Tale (2018), The Hating Game (2021), Caddo Lake (2024) and Trap (2024). Earlier in her career she worked in the art department, including as a scenic artist on Young Guns (1988).
She collaborated with director M. Night Shyamalan on Trap (2024), designing both the main sets and the concert sequences for the film.
