Biography
Debbie Wiseman is a British composer, conductor and presenter of film and television scores. Born in London in 1963, she studied at the Trinity College of Music Junior Department and then piano and composition at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
She is best known for her scores for the television series Wolf Hall (2015) and its sequel, as well as films including Wilde (1997), Haunted (1995) and Arsène Lupin (2004), and series such as Father Brown. Wiseman has received an OBE for services to music, an RTS award for Wolf Hall, and serves as Classic FM’s Composer in Residence.
