Biography
Debi Durst is an American actress and voice artist. She is known for providing voices in the stop-motion film The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993), including Corpse Kid, Corpse Mom and Small Witch. She also voiced the Streetsquash Snake in Monkeybone (2001) and reprised her role in the video game The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge (2004).
Durst began her career in the San Francisco Bay Area comedy and improv scene in the late 1970s. She trained at Terra Nova High School in Pacifica and became active in local theatre and improv groups, including Spaghetti Jam. She has worked as an improviser, director and producer, serving as an executive producer of San Francisco's annual Comedy Celebration Day.
She has been married to political satirist Will Durst since 1981.
