Biography
Demi Singleton is an American actress, singer and dancer. Born on 27 February 2007 in Louisiana, she moved to New York City at the age of three, where she trained in music, dance and acting from an early age. She also performed on Broadway, appearing in School of Rock and as young Nala in The Lion King.
Singleton gained recognition for her role as Margaret Johnson in the series Godfather of Harlem (2019–). She played Serena Williams in the film King Richard (2021) and has since appeared as Sally Reeves in Lawmen: Bass Reeves (2023) and Shante Jackson in The Deliverance (2024). She attends Yale University, studying theatre.
