Biography
Denise Grayson is an American actress and producer. She trained and worked as an intellectual property lawyer before entering acting.
Grayson made her feature film debut in Puppet (1999) as Special Agent Taylor. She appeared in the Sundance jury prize-winning short Gasline (2001) and later in Corn (2004). Her role as Gretchen, an intellectual property attorney, in David Fincher's The Social Network (2010) drew on her legal background; she was cast after being spotted at a party by casting director Laray Mayfield.
Subsequent credits include Though None Go with Me (2006), Citizen Jane (2009), Somewhere Slow (2013), Coffee, Kill Boss (2013), The Kill Room (2023) and Strange Darling (2023). She has also appeared in an episode of Shameless and has three wins and five nominations for her work.
