Biography
Dennis Cooper is a television writer and producer. He contributed to Miami Vice (1984) as a writer, teleplay author and story editor, serving as story editor for the final episodes of the first season, executive story editor in the second season and co-producer in the third.
His other credits include episodes of Hill Street Blues (1983), St. Elsewhere (1983), Tour of Duty (1987) and The Young Riders (1989). He wrote for and produced episodes of Chicago Hope (1994), receiving a Primetime Emmy nomination, and wrote and directed the feature film Ways of the Flesh (2006).
