Biography
DeVaughn Nixon is an American actor. Born in Los Angeles, he began acting as a child and appeared in films including Terminator 2: Judgment Day (1991) as Danny Dyson and The Bodyguard (1992) as Fletcher Marron.
He is the son of former basketball player Norm Nixon, whom he portrayed in the HBO series Winning Time: The Rise of the Lakers Dynasty (2022–2023). His stepmother is actress and choreographer Debbie Allen. Nixon graduated from Loyola Marymount University with degrees in television production and business finance, and later returned to acting after a period working as a mortgage broker.
His other credits include Sugar Hill (1994), Prom (2011), Marvel's Runaways (2017–2019), and Snowfall (2022–2023).
