Biography
Dina Lipton is a production designer and art director working in film and television. Based in Los Angeles, she has credits spanning more than three decades, including early work as an art director on series such as The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air (1990) and films including The Last Seduction (1994) and Corrina, Corrina (1994).
Her production design credits include Mallrats (1995), Mr. Holland's Opus (1995, art direction), Very Bad Things (1998), Next Friday (2000), The New Guy (2002), First Sunday (2008) and Movie 43 (2013). Television work encompasses Jack & Bobby (2004), Chuck (2010–2011), The Real O'Neals (2016–2017), This Fool (2022–2023) and Not Dead Yet (2023).
Lipton received an Art Directors Guild nomination for excellence in production design for a single-camera television series for Jack & Bobby. She is a member of the Television Academy and the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, and was elected president of the Art Directors Guild (IATSE Local 800) in 2024.
