Biography
Dominic Orlando was a writer and playwright. He began his career in New York theatre, co-founding the No Pants Theater Company in 1992. He later received Jerome and McKnight fellowships at the Playwrights’ Center in Minneapolis, where he co-founded the Workhaus Collective before moving to Los Angeles to work in television.
Orlando wrote for several series, including ten episodes of The OA (2016–2019) as writer and story editor, the teleplay for one episode of Mindhunter (2017), and three episodes of Them (2021). He also served as a producer on Nightflyers (2018) and worked as writer and producer on Outer Range (2022). He received two Writers Guild of America Award nominations.
