Biography
Dominique Lefever is a Belgian film editor. She trained in plastic arts and script-editing in Belgium, graduating in 1984 and 1986 respectively, and later established a virtual editing company there in 1993.
She is known for her work on animated features including Kirikou and the Sorceress (1998) and The Triplets of Belleville (2003). Her credits also encompass live-action films such as Hop (2002) and Pardon Cupidon (1991/1994), numerous documentaries and shorts, and earlier assistant editor roles on features like The Music Teacher (1988). Since 2012 she has taught editing at the Institut des Arts de Diffusion (IAD) and INSAS in Belgium.
