Biography

Don McKillop, also credited as Donald McKillop, was an English actor. Born in Carlisle, Cumberland, he trained at RADA after several years in repertory theatre.

He appeared in numerous television series, including as Bert the Landlord in the 1971 Doctor Who serial The Dæmons, Jack in The Likely Lads (1964–1966), and roles in Dr Finlay's Casebook and Sutherland's Law. His film credits include The Breaking of Bumbo (1970), An American Werewolf in London (1981) as Inspector Villiers, and Walter (1982). Between acting jobs he worked as a metalwork teacher.

McKillop's career spanned from 1961 to 1988. He died in 2005.
