Biography
Dora Doll, born Dorothea Hermina Feinberg, was a French actress. She was born in Berlin, Germany, on 19 May 1922 and died in Gard, France, on 15 November 2015.
She moved to France at the end of the 1930s. Doll appeared in numerous films from the late 1940s onwards, including Manon (1949), Touchez Pas au Grisbi (1954) as Lola, French Cancan (1955), Julia (1977) as the Woman Passenger, and That Night in Varennes (1982). She also worked in television, notably in the series Tide of Life in the late 1990s.
Doll was married twice, to actors Raymond Pellegrin and François Deguelt. She received the Prix "Reconnaissance des cinéphiles" in 1993 and was made a Knight of the National Order of Merit in 2000.
