Biography
Dorte Knirke Madelung is a Danish production designer. She was born on 14 January 1966 in Marstal and grew up on Bornholm. She trained at Danmarks Designskole, Institut for rum, graduating in 1997.
Madelung has worked extensively in film and television. Her credits include production design on the DR series Borgen (2010–2013) and Herrens veje (2017–2018), both with Adam Price. Other notable work encompasses Equinox (2020), Wisting (2019), Held for Ransom (2019), Aminas breve (2017) and Rose (2022).
