Biography
Andrew "Duke" Callaghan (12 February 1914 – 21 December 2002) was an American cinematographer. He worked extensively in both film and television from the 1960s to the 1980s, often credited as Duke Callahan.
His television credits include 35 episodes of Adam-12 (1971–73), 27 episodes of Hart to Hart (1979–81), and 15 episodes of Miami Vice (1984–85), for which he received a Primetime Emmy nomination for Outstanding Cinematography for a Series. In features he served as director of photography on Jeremiah Johnson (1972), The Yakuza (1974), The Last Hard Men (1976) and Conan the Barbarian (1982). He collaborated frequently with directors Sydney Pollack and John Milius.
