Biography
Dylan Neal is a Canadian actor born on 8 October 1969 in Richmond Hill, Ontario. He began his career in Canadian television in the late 1980s and gained prominence with a series regular role as Dylan Shaw on the soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful (1994–1996).
Neal is known for playing Doug Witter on Dawson's Creek (1998–2003), Detective Mike Celluci on Blood Ties (2007), and Jack Griffith on the Hallmark series Cedar Cove (2013–2015). He portrayed Bob Adams, stepfather to Anastasia Steele, in Fifty Shades of Grey (2015), Fifty Shades Darker (2017) and Fifty Shades Freed (2018).
With his wife, television writer and producer Becky Southwell, Neal has written and executive produced several films, including entries in the Gourmet Detective franchise in which he also stars.
