Biography
Earl Baldwin was an American screenwriter. Born in Newark, New Jersey, on 11 January 1901, he wrote more than fifty produced screenplays during a career that spanned feature films and later television.
He worked for Pathé and then First National and Warner Bros. before freelancing. His credits include Doctor X (1932), Wild Boys of the Road (1933), Here Comes the Navy (1934), A Slight Case of Murder (1938), Brother Orchid (1940), Africa Screams (1949) and episodes of Rawhide (1959). He died in Hollywood, California, on 9 October 1970.
