Earl Billings is an American actor born on 4 July 1945 in Cleveland, Ohio. He began his career in the mid-1970s and has appeared in numerous television series and films.

He is known for his recurring role as Rob in the series What's Happening!! (1977–1979). His film credits include One False Move (1991) as Det. John McFeely, Antwone Fisher (2002), American Splendor (2003) and Something New (2006). He has also appeared in guest roles on series such as How I Met Your Mother, True Blood and Miss Guided.

Billings has been recognised for his work in television commercials for Aflac. He has been active from 1976 to the present.
