Biography
Edward Docx is an English writer of novels, screenplays and journalism. Born in 1972 in northern England, he was educated at St Bede's College in Manchester and Christ's College, Cambridge, where he read English Literature.
His novels include The Calligrapher (2003), Pravda (2007), The Devil's Garden (2011) and Let Go My Hand (2017). He has contributed journalism to the Guardian and New Statesman, where he is an associate editor. As a screenwriter he has worked on the Apple TV+ series Slow Horses (2022–), among other television and film projects.
