Biography
Edward Ivory (1927–2003) was an American actor. Born in Lewiston, Maine, he worked in film and television from the late 1980s onwards, appearing in supporting roles and providing voice work.
He is best known for voicing Santa Claus, credited as Ed Ivory, in the stop-motion animated film The Nightmare Before Christmas (1993). Other screen credits include Rampage (1987), Blood Red (1989) and Nine Months (1995), as well as television appearances such as an episode of Midnight Caller (1991).
