Biography
Eileen Marie Noonan is an American actress based in New York City. She plays the recurring role of Rochelle "Westy" Westidge in the HBO series The Chair Company (2025).
Noonan has appeared in guest roles on Blue Bloods (2022) as a legal aid attorney and on Gossip Girl (2022) as a drug dealer. She was also credited as a party guest in the film Bros (2022). Earlier in her career she performed in theatre and music in Minneapolis. She is also an audiobook narrator.
She trained in on-camera work with Jon Shear and Lucas Van Engen, and is a graduate of the Margolis Method Center International. Noonan is managed by G&G Talent.
