Biography
Eli David Marienthal is an American former actor. Born on 6 March 1986 in Santa Monica, California, he began his career in Bay Area stage productions including Missing Persons, The Cryptogram and A Midsummer Night's Dream.
He is known for voicing Hogarth Hughes in the animated film The Iron Giant (1999), for which he received an Annie Award for Outstanding Achievement for Voice Acting in a Feature Production. Marienthal also appeared in American Pie (1999) and American Pie 2 (2001) as Matt Stifler, Jack Frost (1998) as Spencer, Slums of Beverly Hills (1998) as Rickey Abromowitz and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen (2004) as Sam. His voice work includes Robin in Static Shock (2002) and Batman: Mystery of the Batwoman (2003), as well as Dak in Batman Beyond (2000). His television credits include the lead role in the series Tucker (2000–2001). Marienthal's acting career spanned 1996 to 2019.
