Biography
Eli Russell Linnetz is an American actor and voice actor. Born on 25 November 1990 in California, he began his career as a child performer.
He is known for voicing Tipo in the Disney animated film The Emperor's New Groove (2000) and its follow-up Kronk's New Groove (2005). His other credits include the role of Ted Shayotovich in an episode of the television series ER (2001) and appearances in Tortilla Soup (2001) and 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure (2003).
Linnetz attended the University of Southern California School of Cinematic Arts, where he studied screenwriting. He has also worked as a director and later established a career in fashion design.
