Biography
Elizabeth Hunter is a screenwriter and television writer. She wrote episodes of the medical drama series ER (1994) and served as a story editor on the show.
Her film credits include the screenplay for Jumping the Broom (2011), which she also produced, the screenplay and story for The Fighting Temptations (2003), and the story for Beauty Shop (2005). She wrote the television films Abducted: The Carlina White Story (2012) and Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland (2017).
Hunter has written for series including Charmed (1998) and The L Word (2004), on which she also worked as a producer. A Los Angeles native, she previously served as Director of Development at Universal Pictures. She has been married to director and writer Jordan Walker-Pearlman since 2015.
